Do you feel like you're always chasing balance, telling yourself you'll feel steady once things calm down? If you've been feeling all over the place, spiraling out, or trying to recalibrate your life, this episode is for you.

In Episode 58 of The Anneswer, Akashic Records Guide Anne Marie Pizarro breaks down the myth of balance from a spiritual, financial, and manifesting angle. Through the lens of the Akashic Records, she shares why balance isn't a destination but a state, how your soul contract connects your higher self and lower self, and how to bring your body, mind, and spirit into balance without spending a cent.

In this episode, you'll discover:

• Why balance is a state you live in, not a place you reach, told through the story of a monk and his master
• How the four systems of you (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual) work together in homeostasis
• What the Akashic Records reveal about soul contracts, soul patterns, and the fight-or-flight cycle that throws you off balance
• Why spending money to feel balanced can become a crutch, and the "boat with a hole" lesson about your inner container
• How contentment, gratitude, and appreciation change your relationship with money and balance
• 3 keys to make balance a living, everyday reality: choice, an attitude of gratitude, and tending to yourself moment by moment

You don't learn balance once. You live it daily. Come remember with me.

What do you do when the thing nobody prepares you for actually happens? The phone call, the layoff email, the diagnosis, the breakup, the flood that takes your home. If there's anything you can expect in life, it's that the unexpected will happen. It's not an if. It's a when.

In Episode 57 of The Anneswer, Akashic Records Guide and former RN Anne Marie Pizarro explores how to cope with grief, loss, and destabilizing life changes from a spiritual, financial, and manifesting angle. Through the lens of the Akashic Records, she shares why every upheaval is a form of loss, how unprocessed grief can become a soul pattern carried across lifetimes, and how to prepare your body, mind, money, and spirit before the worst day of your life arrives.

In this episode, you'll discover:

• Why job loss, divorce, a breakup, or losing your home can trigger the same grief as the death of a loved one
• How humans have always processed loss through storytelling, art, music, and community, from Irish keening to New Orleans jazz funerals
• What happens in your nervous system when grief and shock never get processed, featuring insights from grief researcher Dr. Mary-Frances O'Connor
• The real financial cost of loss, plus 3 money moves to make now: a soft-landing fund, getting your paperwork in order, and the 90-day pause
• The 3 safety nets that catch you when life falls apart: an anchor practice, a support system, and real time to recover
• Why preparing for hard times isn't negative thinking, and how it becomes an act of self-respect

You can't stop the unexpected from happening, but you can decide it won't take you out. Come remember with me.

Does modern life feel like it's moving faster than you can keep up? New AI tools every week, subscriptions piling up, and a quiet fear that artificial intelligence might replace your work, your creativity, or your job?

In Episode 56 of The Anneswer, Akashic Records Guide and spiritual entrepreneur Anne Marie Pizarro answers the question: how do you survive modern life in the age of AI? Through the lens of the Akashic Records, she explores our soul contract to usher in the technological renaissance, the real financial and environmental cost of AI, and practical ways to use technology without losing your intuition, sovereignty, or peace of mind.

In this episode, you'll discover:

• Why humans have always distrusted new technology, from the telephone to the airplane to the CPAP machine, and what history teaches us about AI
• The Akashic Records perspective on why many of us agreed to be here for this era, and what it means to be a steward of AI rather than a victim of it
• The real cost of AI, including data center energy use, subscription creep, FOMO, and job loss, plus the new opportunities opening up in this "Wild West" moment
• How to use AI with a budget and a purpose so it grows your freedom instead of feeding distraction
• 3 steps to stay the one in charge: free your mind, grow your life, and decide what stays human
• Simple boundaries to protect your voice, your relationships, your intuition, and your rest

Whether you love AI, fear it, or stand firmly against it, this episode will help you choose your relationship with it on purpose. Come remember with me.
