    • Episode 20 - The Adulthood Scam: Why No One Feels Like a “Real” Adult
      Dec 5 2025

Still waiting for the moment you finally feel like a “real” adult? Same.

In this episode of Andi & Mich, your two favorite caffeinated sisters take on the ultimate con: adulthood. We’re talking about why so many of us are out here paying bills, making “responsible” choices, and still secretly feeling like three kids stacked in a trench coat pretending to run a life.

      We get into:

      • What actually counts as being an adult:
Is it milestones like a job, marriage, kids, and a 401(k)…
or is it mindset, emotional growth, and taking care of more than just yourself?
      • The hidden emotional toll of always being responsible—especially for eldest daughters, caregivers, and women who “grew up” way too early.
      • How seriousness gets confused with being “professional” (and how that sucks the joy, creativity, and humanity out of us).
      • Why inner child work, humor, and play are not childish at all—but actually key to staying mentally well and resilient in adulthood.
      • Career pivots, changing your mind, and rejecting the lie that you have to pick one path at 18 and stick with it forever.
      • The pressure to “grow up” fast, kids being pushed out of childhood, and what happens when joy gets decluttered out of our lives.

We also play a quick-fire game of “You Know You’re an Adult When…” featuring:
Costco clothes, orthopedic shoes, going to bed at 7:30 on purpose, screaming along to early-2000s jams in the car, and getting way too excited about clean laundry and a good pillow.

      If you’ve ever felt:

“I’m old enough to be in charge…but I still don’t feel like the adult in the room,”
      this one’s for you.

🔑 Big message: Being an adult doesn’t mean abandoning your joy. It means protecting it, making room for it, and letting all your past versions sit at the table with you—inner child included.

      Listen if you’re into:
Real talk about adulthood, funny “I’m too old for this” moments, inner child healing, mental health, boundaries, and giving fewer f*cks (with more intention and kindness).

    • Episode 19: Psychics, Mediums & Tarot: Scam, Spiritual, or Self-Discovery?
      Oct 8 2025

Is it intuition… or illusion? ✨

In this week’s episode, two sisters, two generations, and one slightly haunted microphone dive into the world of psychics, mediums, tarot cards, aura readings, and energy healing—and ask the question: are they real, or are they just mirrors reflecting what we already know deep down?

Andi and Mich share their own stories (including one jaw-dropping prediction that actually came true), explore the cultural roots of spirituality and skepticism in Latina families, and talk about how practices like curanderismo and santería blend with modern “woo.” From family healers who read cards and mixed potions to tech glitches that felt a little too coincidental, this episode mixes humor, heart, and a healthy dose of side-eye. 👀

      You’ll hear:

      • The most surprising psychic predictions we’ve ever received
      • How grief, curiosity, and healing draw people to mediums
      • The fine line between scam artists and gifted intuitives
      • What Ted Lasso got right about psychics (yes, really)
      • Plus, our “Would You Believe If…” hot-seat game featuring soulmates, pets, and past lives

Whether you’re a believer, skeptic, or somewhere in between, this convo is equal parts cosmic and coffee-fueled. Because sometimes the real magic isn’t in the cards—it’s in the conversation. 💫

So grab your cafecito, shuffle your deck, and tune in.
If you’ve ever had a reading that made you laugh, cry, or completely rethink your life choices—we want to hear about it!

    • Episode 18 - Can You Really Be Just Friends? Navigating Platonic Friendships in Relationships
      Sep 24 2025

Platonic friendships and relationships—can they really coexist? In this episode of Andi & Mich, the sisters dive into one of the oldest debates in love and friendship: Can someone in a committed relationship have a deep, true, platonic best friend—especially of the opposite sex or a gender they’re attracted to?

From late-night FaceTimes to “work wives,” to the infamous “third wheel” dynamic, Andi and Mich break down the green flags, red flags, and blurred boundaries that make platonic love both powerful and complicated. They bring generational perspectives (hello, Gen X caution vs. Millennial fluidity), real-life stories, and even a pop culture nod to Apple TV’s Platonic.

💡 In this episode you’ll hear about:

      • Why Millennials and Gen Z are more open to cross-gender friendships than Gen X or Boomers
      • How to spot the line between healthy intimacy and emotional cheating
      • Funny (and awkward) scenarios like: your partner baking bread for their “platonic bestie” 🍞
      • What “work husband/work wife” really signals—and why it’s often a red flag
      • Cultural, generational, and personal values that shape how we define friendship and loyalty in love
      • How communication and clear boundaries can make or break the balance between romance and friendship

Whether you’re someone who swears by the “your partner should be your best friend” philosophy, or you believe in having soulmate-level platonic friendships, this conversation will get you thinking (and probably laughing) about your own experiences.

Key takeaway: Platonic love is real—but protecting your romantic relationship means having honest check-ins, respecting boundaries, and making sure no one feels like a side character in your story.

So grab your cafecito, your matcha latte, or text your platonic soulmate and press play—because this episode is full of humor, hot takes, and heartfelt reflection.
