Tennessee History lesson.
If Davy Crocket and his group of volunteers never came to Texas then TX would never of been free from Mexico! We also talk about the two states similarities in culture.
Section 2:
Crazy housing markets.
There are way too many cities in both Tennessee & Texas where it's unaffordable to purchase a home. Moving to Austin, Texas or Nashville, Tennessee is nearly impossible due to their overpriced housing markets.
Section 3:
The Good, The Bad, The Ugly.
We play a little game about which is the best & worst things about each state. The good being one of their reasons to move to TX or TN. The bad being a hard annoyance in each region and the ugly is the one item that makes living in Texas or Tennessee unbearable!
