    🔥20% de réduction sur l'entrée à la conférence Marketing Reset où Anna interviendra sur la content factory aux côtés d'Accor et Vivatech avec le code MARKETINGRESET20 - Billets sur https://bit.ly/4zm67Tp

    ___________________________________________

    Anna construit des content factories IA pour des marques. Elle détaille le cas d'une équipe SEO qui devait traduire et adapter ses articles dans 9 à 11 pays, avec un rédacteur par pays et un coût de 100 à 150 euros par article traduit. Une série d'agents spécialisés, construits dans Dust en trois mois environ, prend désormais en charge la traduction, les vérifications et l'intégration, avec une relecture humaine au démarrage.

    Au programme :

    - pourquoi n'automatiser avec l'intelligence artificielle que ce qui a déjà fait ses preuves ;

    - comment mesurer le ROI d'un projet d'IA agentique, tâche par tâche ;

    - ce que le GEO et les AI Overviews changent pour le SEO ;

    - pourquoi la distribution compte autant que la production ;

    - le « marketing brain » : entraîner une IA générative sur sa façon de penser et d'écrire ;

    - l'intelligence artificielle en littérature, après l'affaire du Goncourt.

    En fin d'épisode, Anna partage ses conseils aux entrepreneuses sur le rapport à l'argent : se payer, ne pas brader ses prix, oser demander.

    Un épisode de la série Marketing Reset, pour passer de l'expérimentation à un usage à l'échelle de l'intelligence artificielle dans le marketing.

  • AI Agents: The New Decision-Making Layer in Commerce
    18 Sep 2026

    If your customer delegates their next purchase to an AI tomorrow, will your brand still be recommended? "AI agents aren't just another marketing channel: they're becoming a new decision-making layer between brands and customers" explains Laetitia Lamari, co-founder of Le Café de l'e-commerce.

    We talk about the shift from an attention economy to a recommendation economy, why AI is turning into an intermediary that consumers may end up trusting more than brands themselves, and what founders and marketing leaders stand to lose — and gain — by handing over some of that control.

    Laetitia also shares her own AI toolstack (ChatGPT, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Gen Spark), the book that shaped how she thinks about AI and power, and a very human story about the day her bank's AI made a costly mistake — and got fired for it.

    Laetitia Lamari will be speaking live at Marketing Reset on December 2nd in Paris, with the session "Your Next Customer Won't Be Human: How AI Agents Are Rewriting Commerce."

    A conversation for anyone building AI marketing strategy in commerce and retail right now.

  • Building a Business That Survives Every Tech Revolution (Including AI)
    4 Sep 2026

    What makes a business resilient to AI disruption? According to Ksenia Votinova-Arnaud, who has coached over 1,000 executives at INSEAD (including those from Google, AWS, SAP and Salesforce), resilience comes down to four pillars: Why, Who, What, How. Her "Weatherproof Business Method" argues AI only helps marketers who already know their business deeply — and that no single AI model should become the sole keeper of your strategic context.

    ———

    Who is Ksenia Votinova-Arnaud?Founder of Digital Consulting Lab and executive coach at INSEAD. She co-founded a profitable SaaS company (Le VPN) fifteen years ago — without raising a single euro — and still runs it strategically today in just two to four hours a week.

    The Weatherproof Business Method — her 4 pillars:🔹 Why — the purpose that doesn't shift with every trend🔹 Who — knowing exactly who you serve🔹 What — the offer built on that clarity🔹 How — the systems that hold under pressure

    In this episode:✅ Why AI won't save a bad marketer — and who it actually helps✅ Why she never lets one single AI model become the sole keeper of her business context✅ Her real AI tool stack: Claude, Canva AI, Airtable, Lovable✅ What INSEAD's own research says about AI in products vs. AI in internal process✅ Why she's speaking at Marketing Reset (Dec 2, Paris) — and what to expect from her session
