Welcome to Talk Sip Time, where we bring the bottles, break them down, and give you the real take.

Hosted by Chase & Kay of Refined & Reserved Experiences alongside Beau from No Label Wine Co., this podcast is all about making wine approachable without losing what makes it great.

From bold Napa cabs to structured Bordeaux and everything in between, we taste, debate, and figure it out in real time so you can walk away more confident in what you’re drinking.

No gatekeeping. No fluff. Just good wine and better conversation.

  • The Dinner Party: Part 2
    Jul 9 2026

Season 1, Episode 10 — The Dinner Party: Part 2

The audio recovered. The dinner party did not.

In Part 2, we finish the night with red-wine-braised short ribs over creamy mashed potatoes alongside a 1995 Château Clerc Milon, followed by brown butter croissant bread pudding and a 1994 Dolce Late Harvest.

By this point, the wine had been flowing, the conversations were overlapping, and the dinner party had officially gone a little off the rails—in the best possible way. It is loose, loud, occasionally unhinged, and exactly what a great night around the table is supposed to feel like.

There is a lot happening, but beneath the chaos is one of our favorite conversations of the season. Watch closely, listen carefully, and keep hunting. A few hidden details may be worth more than bragging rights.

This is also the finale of our first season, and we cannot thank everyone enough who watched, listened, shared, commented, or simply made it this far with us. Season 1 has been a learning experience, a passion project, and a lot of fun—and we are incredibly grateful that you came along for it.

  • The Dinner Party: Part 1
    Jul 9 2026

Season 1, Episode 9: The Dinner Party — Part 1

The audio may not be perfect, but the night was too good not to share.

For the first half of our season finale, we invited a few guests over, opened some special bottles, and let the evening unfold naturally. There are overlapping conversations, people talking across the table, missed camera angles, plenty of laughter, and very little concern for putting on a show. This was not a formal tasting. It was simply a dinner party with people we enjoy, food we were excited to serve, and wine worth talking about.

We began with Marky’s Kaluga Hybrid caviar, truffle potato chips, and crème fraîche alongside NV Le Mesnil Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs and 2020 Joh. Jos. Prüm Wehlener Sonnenuhr Auslese Goldkapsel. The second course paired brown-butter truffle pasta with 2010 Faiveley Meursault Charmes Premier Cru.

We do not expect everyone to catch every conversation, but those who stay with us may notice a few things tucked quietly into the evening. Pay attention. There may be a surprise waiting for anyone who can tell us what they found after both parts are done.

This is The Dinner Party: Part 1—unpolished, unscripted, and exactly how the night felt.

  • The Bottles We Save
    Jul 2 2026

Episode 8 — The Bottles We Save

Some bottles are too meaningful to open on an ordinary night—or at least, that’s what we tell ourselves.

For this episode, we turned off the cameras, stepped away from the usual setup, and settled in on the patio and the couch for a quieter conversation about the bottles we hold onto and the stories attached to them. We talk about nostalgia, milestones, the people we hope to share them with, and the strange pressure that comes with waiting for the “perfect” occasion.

This one is intentionally audio-only: no production, no presentation, and no distractions. Just an honest conversation between friends before the season shifts into something much bigger.

Good wine. Real stories. And the bottles that mean more than what’s inside them.
