I'm so glad you're here because I have some big news to share. This year has been full of unexpected twists, and what started as a plan to renovate our home turned into something much bigger — I’m pregnant! 🍼✨

This surprise pregnancy has been a complete shock, especially after our experiences with fertility treatments. We never imagined conceiving naturally, yet here we are, navigating a journey we hadn’t planned for but are so grateful to embrace.

OUR STILLBIRTH JOURNEY - SAYING GOODBYE, AUTOSPY RESULTS, AND EARLY GRIEF

In this second part, I open up about the journey after returning home without Elliot. I share the painful experience of planning his funeral, facing early grief, and receiving his autopsy results. I also touch on the unique challenges of postpartum after loss and how my husband and I grieved differently. As I tell the story of Elliot’s memorial service and burial, I reflect on the bittersweet beauty of saying goodbye and the ongoing impact his short life has had on our family and friends. This episode gives an honest look at the mourning process, the difficulty of handling well-meaning but hurtful condolences, and the peace we eventually found in honoring our son.
