Helen Johnston is a Registered Nutritionist and the founder of SUCSEED, the functional seed and botanical superblend brand launched in 2025 to make everyday nutrition simple, powerful and genuinely enjoyable.

With over two decades in media — editing leading food, lifestyle and wellness titles — Helen saw first-hand how time pressure, stress and ultra-processed convenience foods undermine even the best intentions. Determined to bridge the gap between knowing and doing, she created SUCSEED: expertly formulated blends of diverse seeds and targeted botanicals — Gut Health, Energy, Immunity and Focus — designed to support modern health in one simple daily sprinkle.

Raised in a farming family, Helen has always believed in the power of real food. Her mission is to help people feel better through small, consistent upgrades — making functional nutrition effortless, accessible and delicious.
