In this episode of the Six Figure Plus Club, Kelly Martins sits down with Dr. LaChelle Wieme, entrepreneur, speaker, and transformational coach, to explore the connection between identity, nervous system regulation, and sustainable business growth.

LaChelle shares her journey from working in anesthesia and higher education to building a business around helping entrepreneurs create success without sacrificing their personal lives. Together, Kelly and LaChelle discuss why having the right business strategy isn't always enough to create consistent action, and how fear, perfectionism, overthinking, and fear of visibility can keep entrepreneurs stuck.

The conversation dives into the powerful connection between identity and behavior, including LaChelle's "Be-Do-Have" approach to success. They explore how entrepreneurs can regulate their nervous systems, move through fear, build confidence through small actions, and make more intentional decisions instead of operating from stress or urgency.

LaChelle also shares practical strategies for managing burnout, creating space for rest and creativity, trusting your intuition, and navigating the challenges of leaving a traditional career to pursue entrepreneurship.

Whether you're struggling with fear, waiting to feel confident, feeling stuck despite having a strategy, or trying to build a business that supports the life you want, this episode offers powerful mindset shifts and practical tools for moving forward.
