    Jun 16 2026
Marie is flying solo again, but this time she's keeping it tight. Welcome to Just a Little Shady — the new Shaded Reality bonus format for when there's too much Bravo and not enough hours in the day. First up: The Valley Season 3 Episode 7, "Triggers and Tiarras."Kristen clocks Luke performing empathy for the cameras and calls it out immediately, love her for it. Danny spends the entire episode being a belligerent manchild who's mad he's not the center of attention, including berating Nia during a drag pageant prep while she's one hair curl away from tears. And Lala Kent, who knew? Walks in, says "I am triggered," and proceeds to go fully aggressive when Danny tries to make it a bit. "I would hate to see how you talk to her behind closed doors" might be the line of the season.Plus: Michelle and Lacey have a surprisingly mature conversation, Jesse proves once again he is the actual problem, and Marie has thoughts on Nia gentle-parenting her husband in real time.Shaded Reality recaps Bravo's The Valley, Summer House, In the City, and more. • In the City S1 E3| Jesus, This Guy! Full Recap
    Jun 10 2026
Kenny Martin called all of Lindsay Hubbard's friends her "minions" — and then had to sit at a table with all of them while it came out. Welcome to In the City, Episode 3. Things just got a lot more chaotic. In this episode of Shaded Reality, we're recapping In the City Season 1, Episode 3 "Mimosas and Mayhem." Amanda Batula found an apartment and sprung it on West Wilson and Ciara Miller by glowing like a woman who has already made a decision. Kyle Cooke is still falling asleep in the kitchen and coming home at 8am. Lindsay Hubbard goes on a date with Frank the milkman hot, humorless, and absolutely does not get her jokes. Whitney Fransway moves her entire LA life into Kenny Martin's New York City apartment in 30 enormous boxes, starts crying over it, and Kenny actually apologizes. Then the group brunch explodes: Nick drops that Kenny called them all Lindsay's minions, Lindsay tells Kenny he's "fucking dumb," Amanda starts chanting "opinions not minions," and Whitney is in tears because she moved across the country for a man who apparently told Kyle their relationship feels "murky." And then Lexi Sundin — who we thought was going to be boring — drops the bomb that ends the episode. If you're new here we're Shaded Reality, your Bravo recap podcast, and we're covering every episode of In the City Season 1 new episodes every Wednesday.🔔 Subscribe so you never miss a recap 📲 TikTok, Instagram & Threads: @ShadedRealityPod#InTheCity #InTheCityBravo #InTheCityS1E3 #BravoRecap #ShadedReality #LindsayHubbard #KennyMartin #AmandaBatula #WestWilson #WhitneyFransway #KyleCooke #CiaraMiller #LexiSundin #DanielleOlivera #SummerHouseSpinoff #Bravo2026 #RealityTV #BravoPodcast #RecapPodcast #MimosasAndMayhemTimestamps:0:00 - Intro & the hot mess express 2:09 - Recap begins: Amanda, West & Ciara apartment hunting — and production can't hide the giddiness 5:47 - Amanda says "West has been waiting his whole life for this" — what does that even mean? 9:02 - Bravo's wild meta moment: happy October Amanda vs. May 2026 Amanda side by side 11:52 - West puts his jacket on Ciara's shoulders at lunch while Amanda vents about Kyle 13:01 - Amanda texted West to check on Kyle while they were out — and Kyle fell asleep in the kitchen again 20:41 - Lindsay's date with Frank the milkman: attractive, zero sense of humor, doesn't get her jokes 25:06 - Georgina & Yvonne in the park: subtle mean girl energy to watch 26:40 - Whitney moves 30+ enormous boxes into Kenny's NYC apartment — Kenny makes jokes, Whitney cries 28:00 - Kenny's backstory: raised in a one-bedroom shack, crystals everywhere, manifested his whole life 30:25 - Danielle Olivera and Lindsay finally sit down to lunch — four months of silence, face to face 36:25 - No actual beef between Amanda and Danielle — it was always other people's issues 37:40 - Kenny jumps in: "If you have a problem with Lindsay, you have a problem with five girls" 38:06 - Nick drops the bomb: Kenny called them all Lindsay's minions at boys' night 40:03 - Lindsay to Kenny: "Are you on glue?" / "Yes, Kenny, I'm huffing fucking glue" 40:25 - Amanda starts chanting: "Opinions, not minions!" 41:34 - Lexi drops a bomb in the park: Kenny told Kyle their relationship has no spark — and used the word "murky" 44:38 - Kyle and Amanda on the Boys Lie podcast: "If the spark isn't there, you start looking elsewhere" 45:37 - Whitney's birthday dinner with Kenny: Lexi's news hits, and his face says everything 46:57 - Episode cliffhanger: Whitney confronts Kenny about the spark comment — episode ends on his non-answer 47:59 - Outro: follow us @ShadedRealityPod, new episodes Mondays & WednesdaysNew episodes every Tuesday and Thursday of reality TV recaps, pop culture commentary, and breakdowns of the drama, and relationshipsYou Tube Shaded Reality Pod - YouTubeInstagram InstagramSpotify Shaded Reality | Podcast on SpotifyApple Podcast Shaded Reality - Podcast - Apple Podcasts Hosted on Acast.
