In this episode of P is for Pleasure, Tiana sits down with choreographer and movement artist Fabiana Rendon for a conversation about confidence, sensuality, expression, embodiment, and what it means to feel at home in your body again. Fabiana creates spaces for women to explore themselves through dance, and in Part One of our conversation, we talk about her journey into movement, what the body can express when words are not enough, and why so many women become disconnected from themselves. We explore the difference between sensuality and performance, what changes when a woman gives herself permission to take up space, and how movement can help us reconnect with parts of ourselves we may have silenced, judged, or forgotten.
