  • Visiting past versions
    21 Oct 2026

    Hey, it's me.

Maybe today is a good day to visit some past versions of yourself. You know, to show them how far you've come--to show them all the big and little things you've done that they would be so proud of.

Then maybe take a second to visit future versions of yourself and let them know what your hopes and dreams for them are.

Sometimes I feel like we get stuck until we look back at where we came from.

I have zero doubts that 2016 Sarah would be ecstatic to see this version of me. I try to remember that whenever I feel like I'm being hard on myself. Even 2023 version of me would be so comforted to see where all of her efforts got us.

Anyway, that's all. Just a thought.

    Love you lots.

  • Outdated biology
    14 Oct 2026

    Hey, it's me.

I just wanted to tell you that you're doing a good job. Like, like for real though, I am so proud of you. And I don't think any of us hear that enough, as silly as it sounds coming from a friend.

This is not an easy season to live through. I was talking to one of my kids the other night about how our biology as humans hasn't evolved in the same way or at the same rate as our technology.

Humans are pretty much the same as we have been for thousands of years, but what our bodies and nervous systems have to deal with drastically changes every decade. That is wild to me. You are doing so much with a body and a brain that were not designed for all the things you have to deal with. Of course it's hard. Of course, you feel like you're losing your mind half the time.

But you show up, do it anyway, and make the world a little better while you're at it. And I'm happy that you exist.

And also it's okay to take a nap.

Okay, that's all. Love you lots.

  • Patriarchy
    10 Oct 2026

Hey, it's me. I'm gonna get on my soapbox for a second, and I'm still processing through this. So I'd love your perspective. And I'm sure how I talk about it is gonna come out all wrong. So we can go back and have more conversations, but I would love your perspective because I've been thinking a lot about patriarchy, and I've been thinking about how much we talk about it in relation to gender rather than systems and structures. We approach it as

As if men are benefiting from patriarchy and not also being harmed by it. And don't get me wrong, men and women are harmed very differently by patriarchy. But I don't know that anybody's winning, honestly, except for maybe some people at the top who are using fucked up systems to keep lining their pockets, but even then.

I mean, I don't know, I'm not them, but even that doesn't even seem like winning to me. That just seems like another desperate attempt to fill the void. I'm talking in circles, but I'd love to know what you think because, to me anyway, it seems like until we start talking about the cause and not just the symptoms, nothing is gonna change.

We're going to keep having this imbalance of, I don't know, power and I don't know. I think something needs to be different, and I think we have to start talking about it differently.

Let me know what you think.

Okay. Thanks for coming to my impromptu TED talk.

    Love you lots.

  • Coaching
    6 Oct 2026

    Hey, it's me.

I am so excited to tell you that I decided to reopen my coaching practice. When I shut it down a few years ago, I honestly thought I was done forever. The break was definitely necessary. But I think lately I've just realized that I never actually stopped coaching. It's just who I am.

I'm never gonna stop helping people see how amazing they already are. I'm never not going to help people trust themselves. I'm not going to help people shush the shame that's always creeping in. (Thank you, extractive capitalism). I think restarting is just my way of helping to create the world I want to live in. A world where people aren't empty shells of themselves.

A world where they're free to be who they are and design their lives in whatever way fills them up, rather than trying to fit into someone else's crusty, outdated, too-small, soul-sucking mold. So, anyway, if you know anyone who needs that kind of support, of course, send them my way. But I would also love it if you could take a look at my website and give me your feedback. It's SarahBethBerry.com. Super simple, but I'm curious if it makes sense and is clear.

So anyway, that's what's happening with me. What's your win this week? What's lighting you up?

Okay, that's all. Love you lots.

  • Inner critic
    24 Sep 2026

    Hey, It's me.

Have you ever wondered where our beliefs about ourselves come from, especially the negative ones?

I've been thinking about it and I came up with two places:

    1) from other people's insecurities and fear projected onto us. and

    2) from people who have expertly manipulated us for their own gain. Think about it. I'm curious if come to the same conclusion.

Even if I don't fully believe it yet, I think I'm just gonna decide that I'm fucking fabulous, just out of spite. I am tired of my beliefs about myself being decided by anyone other than me.

Let's just you and I mentally give the middle finger to all the voices throughout our lives that have become our inner critics.

And I just wanna say, please feel free to borrow my voice as your inner cheerleader. Because you know I'm always on the sidelines cheering you on.

Okay, that's all. Love you lots.

  • Anxiety
    19 Sep 2026

I heard somewhere once that anxiety is the belief that you can't handle something.

I just want to remind you, that you can. You've handled every day of your life so far.

There's no such thing as handling things perfectly. There's just learning and moving forward. Your're great at that.

Okay, thats all. Love you lots.

  • Winning and losing
    14 Sep 2026

Hey it's me. I know I say this a lot but today is just another day that I am so frustrated with a culture that constantly tries to make us believe that we are either winning or losing.

When we buy into that it keeps us in competition with each other instead of supporting each other. And at the root of that disconnected, isolated, lonely people spend more money. Isn't that fucked up?

    Anyway, you're not losing.

    You're not behind.

Your gifts are incredibly valuable in this world.

Don't let them get in your head.

Okay that all. Love you lots
