For the final episode of this riveting series, we're doing things a bit differently. We're inviting you to be a fly on the wall of the This Is The Work: Power in Partnerships event we hosted in November 2023 - sharing the learning of our community, partners and comrades in this work.
As part of Rising's research with Kings College and the Centre for Cultural Value around power imbalances as part of partnership working, we didn't want to hold all the knowledge and recognise that we're not the only experts on this. We wanted to bring people together to go deeper with this work, and hear more about how others' are experiencing power in partnerships. Listen to the joy, the frustrations and the community that comes out of shared experience.
