What a great feeling. He then reminisces about working the 6am air shift and his friends being shocked at how awake he sounded on air. Ricky then goes into some technical details on how to make your production look professional, not cost a fortune and not take forever to make. Ricky went into these repairs expecting a mess, but it wasn't bad at all. So give it a try with proper precautions of course. Ricky then makes some dumb jokes while talking about repairing his trashcan.

He then plays his electric and lets you hear it isolated. Ricky talks about buying CD's for the first time in about 16 years and is reminded of hearing a fully digital recording for the first time. Ricky is not one of, those engineers. Or is he? Can you hear the difference between 48k and 192k? Ricky then talks about the most important part of recording digitally, in his opinion. Is production easier now? Well, it depends. Ricky explains his view on it. He talks about the psychological effects of hearing high resolution sound. This being live or recorded or both.
