I think sitting down for a meal with someone is the best way to get to know them and hear their stories. My podcast is served up just like a great meal. I start off with an appetizer where I introduce my guest and get to know who they are and why I wanted them on my show. Then we ‘get into the meat of it’ with an entrée. This is where we dive in and really get to know about my guest and hear their incredible stories. You cant have a great meal without dessert. The last segment is ‘short and sweet’ where I ask a series of rapid-fire questions to get the first thing that pops in their head. In the end, we will have enjoyed a great conversation over a meal, and hopefully everyone listening will want to share a meal with an old friend or someone they want to get to know better.© 2023 Ribbin' with Jimmy

      This week Jimmy is joined by Rick Domeier, the longtime host of QVC. This is the very first podcast that we have recorded simultaneously while QVC livestreamed it. Rick is known for his contagious energy, and he didn’t disappoint! He and his full production crew are here in Memphis to broadcast QVC shows, live from Corky’s restaurant, as a part of the Foodie Travel Series. Rick samples Corky’s favorites including catfish and caramel cake that quickly became a hit with him! Jimmy and Rick discuss presentations, connecting with customers, shared personal stories, favorite food, cocktails, favorite celebrities, and their love for family.

      He is one of the most respected men in barbecue and his many videos make him a genuine YouTube Star. With over 1 million subscribers! We don’t know how, but he still finds time to compete on the BBQ circuit with his team, Killer Hogs and is even thinking of starting a hunting channel.  Malcom loves working to improve his barbecue skills and smoking recipes and loves sharing it with all of his fans all over Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and Youtube… and lately, his podcast!
