My name is Pierce Gorman, and I'm a 3rd-generation restaurant operator on a mission to help restaurant operators operate their restaurants with excellence.

Growing up in the industry, I've been immersed in every side of the business and grown to love all of it. I truly believe the restaurant industry is one of the great low-barrier-to-entry careers. It's one that can change people's lives. That's why I started this podcast: to help operators build restaurants that are more profitable, better run, and built to last.

Each episode breaks down practical tactics, real-world examples, and hard-won lessons on things like labor costs, menu pricing, staffing, marketing, and profit margins. It's the stuff that actually moves the needle on your bottom line. Join me every day, Monday through Friday, for a new episode.

Thank you,

Pierce
