      In this episode, I talk about one of the most dangerous traps you face while doing deep inner work. Distractions often show up looking like opportunities. That is the trick.

      After seven months of what I call shadow framing, a focused period of spiritual, mental, and physical work, I started to notice something. The better you become, the more things begin to orbit around you. But not all of those things are for you. Some pull you forward. Others pull you off track.

      So how do you know the difference?

      This episode is a real-time reflection on what it feels like to slip. To break your discipline. To take a step that seems harmless but leads somewhere else entirely. I also share what to do when that happens and how to get back in alignment quickly.
