Like many parents, Kim didn't know about her teenage son's gambling until it was almost too late. What began with buying video game skins in grammar school escalated to offshore casinos and crypto markets by the time he reached college. Out of that experience, she co-founded Parents Standing Together, a nonprofit supporting parents whose children are caught in the grip of problem gambling.
