In the third and final part of my conversation with Pamela Falcon, we talk about our approaches to coaching — from vocals, performance and instruments to songwriting — and about the love of helping other people grow.

We also have a very personal conversation about body image. I share my experience with an eating disorder, while Pamela talks about a lifelong discomfort with her own body. We reflect on how strange it is that women's bodies have been, and continue to be, treated as subjects of public discussion, judgement and scrutiny.

That naturally leads us to one particularly familiar subject: breasts. Why do some of us wish they were bigger, while others desperately want them smaller? And why are women's bodies so often treated as something that needs to be commented on, evaluated or improved?

We close our conversation with wisdom, personal reflections and some inspiring thoughts about self-acceptance, helping others and what really matters.
