September dawns, and as the nights draw in, thoughts turn to panto. This week I was delighted to catch up with Strictly legend Brendan Cole a couple of years after he graced the stage in Hull. This year, he’s playing Hook in The Pantomime Adventures of Peter Pan, so we discussed that show; his new podcast, and other stuff. I also chatted to co-star Jennie Dale about the show, which can be seen at Hull New Theatre from December 10. There’s a clip of Sparks after their epic show in York recently, and as we said goodbye to a screen LEGEND (see what I did there?), a musical tribute to the original and best Frank N Furter in Rocky Horror, Tim Curry. As ever, thanks for listening.
The ‘kind of sponsorship’ bit: if you fancy a month’s free Starlink subscription after signing up to use their service, then click below. Ts and Cs apply. Amazingly good Internet service, even while on the move*
