Strategy Call: https://tidycal.com/valentinfcreator trust klub: https://www.patreon.com/OrbitforCreatorsThis conversation with @mattdavella has been 5 years in the making. Matt is one of the biggest inspirations for becoming a creator. For me and thousands of other people. When he launched his Master YouTube Course in 2021 I was one of the first to sign up and in that community made my first creator friends. People I connect with to this day and some have been featured on this channel. Now I finally got to sit down with my parasocial mentor for a chat about his career, rise to fame and what he's doing to make the creator lifestyle sustainable for at least the next 3 months 😅.I truly hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I do.You can support the show and get the uncut version on Patreonhttps://www.patreon.com/OrbitforCreatorsChapters0:00 The post peak plan for creators1:32 A conversation 5 years in the making2:35 The art of making it work10:06 Developing a signature style13:57 Is copying a shortcut to success?17:44 The big shift on YouTube 2016 vs 202624:52 When to quit YouTube34:37 Why Matt D'Avella returned to YouTube39:35 What does success look like?41:01 Outtake

Now 3 years later he's finally on the other side. Letting me ask him questions. because he's been trying as hard as anyone to make this creator thing stick but nothing really worked out until recently. He had fully given up on the creator journey just to go viral two weeks later with a very emotional video. That finally got people excited about his perspective.
