Nic Dugger is a 14-time Emmy Award-winning television producer and founder of TNDV: Television, a premier provider of mobile production facilities. A Jackson, Tennessee native, Nic began his career at 12 and honed his craft at Middle Tennessee State University, where he earned two Student Emmy nominations.

We discuss his work with the JASON Project which led to a staff producer role with MediaArts for National Geographic, contributing to groundbreaking live broadcasts from active volcanoes, the Peruvian rainforest, and beneath the ocean. In 2004, he launched TNDV, now part of Live Mobile Group, which has grown into a fleet of 33 HD and 4K mobile units serving major networks like PBS, CMT, NBC, and ABC.

Recognized as Nashville’s Overall Small Business of the Year (2016) and a “40 Under 40” honoree (2017), Nic is also an MTSU Distinguished Alumnus, a Television Academy Rising Star Award recipient, and a board member of Leadership Music and The Nashville Filmmakers Guild. Nic also serves as the Executive Director of the Midsouth Regional Emmy Awards.
