NEST in Action — the podcast where we explore how Wales is building a more joined up system to support the mental health and wellbeing of babies, children, young people and their families.

Throughout this series, you’ll hear from people across Wales and across professions about how they’re using NEST — that’s Nurturing, Empowering, Safe and Trusted — in their day to day work.

In these conversations we are going to assume that you know the basics of the NEST framework, its key principles and main aims, so If you’re brand new to NEST, I’ve popped some simple resources in the show notes, or you can just search ‘NEST mental health Wales’ to get a quick overview.

Across Wales, teams in health, education, social care, and communities are working together to make sure every child gets the right help, in the right way, at the right time. The stories of how it’s being put into action are as inspiring as they are varied!
