YOU ARE THE FIRST RESPONDER — SILVER RAIL SHOOTING, AN ARMED SOCIETY & THE BROKEN HOMENoncompliant America — Saturday, October 17, 2026Live from an undisclosed location in FEMA Region 10 with host Joshua Michael. Two days after the shooting at Silver Rail Elementary in Bend, Joshua goes straight there and comes back with one question: how do we protect our children? He says the names — teacher Megan Lambert, 25; kindergartner Rhoam Summer, 5; two boys, 8 and 11, whose families asked for privacy — and honors the two still healing. He walks the neighborhood, then lays out what Bend PD has confirmed and who ran toward the gunfire: the pickup driver who was shot at and still made the first 911 call, the classroom teacher who fought the gunman, and Kaylub Giamanco, the father of two Silver Rail students who took a legally secured pistol from his vehicle and stopped him. Then the hard part: absent fathers and broken homes, parental responsibility, a "polite society" that won't draw lines, why "an armed society is a polite society," why YOU are the first responder, and how armed, watchful communities (firearms classes, citizen patrols) keep predators out. Plus copycat fears, Laura Loomer for White House press secretary, mental health and family courts, screen time and parenting, and Elon's new Roadster vs. the EV control grid.If you're hurting: call or text 988. A fully AI-made Hollywood film is weeks away, robotaxis are coming for jobs, and an AI data-center bubble is propping up the whole stock market. Joshua Michael connects the silver squeeze, $7 diesel, RF exposure and screen-addicted kids to the control grid. He then breaks down Trump's Russia diesel deal, Zelensky's refinery-strike sabotage, and ICE agents attacked in Salem.

Noncompliant America — Saturday, September 26, 2026Live from an undisclosed location in FEMA Region 10 with host Joshua Michael.

Login.gov is now accepting mobile driver’s licenses for digital identity verification — sold as optional and “anti-deepfake,” while the same phone ID stack is being greenlit for bank customer identification. Joshua connects that biometric login path to Oregon’s fight over Flock Safety automated license plate readers: bipartisan ban talk for 2027, Senate Bill 1516’s 30-day retention limits, wrongful stops and false hits, and the Axon “Trojan horse” risk when streetlight cameras stay invisible. He covers forever-war bridging between Iran and Ukraine, consent and authority when surveillance CEOs skip oversight, BlackRock’s AI data-center power push hitting Oregon ratepayers, WHO digital health certification rails, and how family court plus hospital portals erase parental rights without a statute vote. Closes with Thomas Massie’s no-more-wars message, a Massie 2028 question for the audience, a Region 10 cartoon tease, and the return of noncompliantamerica.com — sign up for the newsletter and the coming elected-official accountability hub.
