In the 20 plus years that I have been in the health and fitness industry there have been no greater myths busted than the one that women should not lift weights. I literally used to print out peer reviewed articles and hand them to my female clients because they just would not believe me. Thankfully, these two lovely ladies who are neither big nor bulky joined me today to debunk this myth and one of them losing over 100 pounds in the process. For all of you ladies out there looking for inspiration this episode is for you.
