This calming & mind resetting Ocean Adventure is the perfect way to release any wriggly energy & messy mind bringing you back to yourself.

***Note for grown- ups: this MindGem has been recorded with no introduction, especially for those that don’t want to wait around to get started.
So before the audio starts, get set up lying down on a comfortable surface, with small pillow under the knees if desired & a blanket & maybe a toy & eye covering (if tolerated). This MG will also work if sitting up is preferred.

This is a great way to reset during a busy or overstimulating day or to help brain get prepared for sleep. It really helps with any sleep deficits too, so if you’ve got lots to do later, prioritise this for 10 mins first & watch the brain quieten down & the energy of your body increase.

Like when a computer starts running slow, making mistakes or freezing often is solved by turning it off, this MindGem works in a similar way for your mind.

I used to think that my high energy sensory seeking daughter needed more activity when in fact she needed a reset like this. These Yoga Nidra style MindGems have been life changing for her, and she now recognises when she needs one.

Infused with Yoga Nidra & Visualisation & like all MindGems - positive mind input.

I hope you enjoy this as much as our family does.

Move with Me is a beautiful MindGem for kids & their grown-up to do together.

If there’s been big feelings, tricky moments, a feeling of disconnection this is the MindGem to do right away.

Sometimes talking things out or trying to connect just doesn’t work too well when there’s big feelings involved on both sides or tiredness & irritation.

Co-regulation & connecting with each other can be challenging sometimes. That’s why I designed this Move with Me MindGem, to help you both move back to yourselves and towards each other.

It’s calming, but set to upbeat music to help increase energy and release the tricky stuff.

Just follow along with the instructions and you’ll soon be feeling better in no time.

Enjoy!
