À propos de ce contenu audio

My focus of meditation and coaching is body-based mindfulness. In this podcast we will speak with people who have mindfully navigated across a gap in life. We have all encountered a gaps in our life. I became aware of a major gap and hurdle in my life through mindfulness and I'd like to learn from others how they have found a way to bridge their own gap.Lisa Earle Bostwick Spiritualité
