Milca Exantus is an Educator, Author, and Life Coach. Milca is a native Floridian and has has been teaching in Miami-Dade County and Broward County South Florida since 2002.
Throughout her career, she has developed a passion for helping others achieve lifelong dreams and goals. She earned both a Bachelor and Masters degree from Florida International University in Education specializing in Leadership and Coaching.
She recently published her first book called: Think, Plan, Change, Grow which is a Success Planner to help people with Self-Discovery. relationships, and professional growth. Her passion for personal growth has been used to motivate adults, young professionals, and leaders with strategies that lead to personal and career success. She inspires others to have a clear vision to live with purpose.
