Germanic New Medicine (GNM) or Germanische Heilkunde Andi Locke Mears is a Naturopath, a Fierce Advocate for Health, a Teacher, a guide and a darned good Myth Buster when it comes to all we’ve been programmed to believe about conventional health. What she teaches is the facts that we have an innate natural, biological wisdom within our body and we have the ability to understand the symptoms and adaptations as a way to heal. Today we discuss symptoms in a way you have never thought of before, and might transform your entire framework around disease and chronic health issues. So wipe the dry erase board of what you think you know about your symptoms clean and take a new fresh look at what you might have misunderstood about your health. Your symptoms can be a way to your healing. Some key notes we discuss: The Five Biological Laws of Nature Andi outlines the core framework developed by Dr. Hamer, which posits that disease is governed by irrefutable biological laws 3: * First Law: Every disease originates from a biological conflict shock (DHS)—an event that is simultaneously distressing, unexpected, and experienced in isolation. * Second Law: Disease follows two phases: the conflict-active phase (where the body adapts via cell growth, loss, or functional loss) and the healing phase (where the body repairs itself, often causing pain, swelling, and inflammation). * Third Law: The type of biological response (cell growth vs. loss) is determined by embryology and the specific germ layer (endoderm, mesoderm, or ectoderm) from which the organ developed. * Fourth Law: Microbes are not the cause of disease but act as "natural microsurgeons" that help break down tumors or repair tissues during the healing phase.. * Fifth Law (The Quintessence): Every biological process is a meaningful adaptation designed to help the organism survive distress.
