The Big Race!

The nerves are building. In this episode Matt and Tim are 12 hours away from the 2022 Busselton Ironman race start and they discuss their final preparations, race plans and the carb loading process they have just completed. You can follow Matt and Tim throughout tomorrow's race via the Ironman Tracker app.

In this episode, the boys are finally in Busso. They talk about their flight over to Busselton and what they have been up to for the first few days in WA, including some pre-race Ironman course exploration. They also catch-up with fellow amateur triathletes and previous guests of the Podcast, Mick and Cynthia, which leads to some race wagers being made.
