    Kendall walks us through the creation of the Federal Reserve in 1913, why he wants to replace the income tax with what he calls a "pop tax," and his broader platform, MACA (Make America Constitutional Again) which calls for tariffs over income tax, gold- and silver-backed currency, and returning the selection of U.S. senators to state legislatures. We also get into his alternative education project, 1913 AI, his unconventional path to the ballot as a write-in candidate, and his views on foreign policy, term limits, and the two-party system.
