À propos de ce contenu audio

LifesPaTTernz is a podcast about the complexities of life. How it replicates patterns of behavior, good and bad, which tend to show up in our children and grandchildren even without verbal prompting. Have you ever heard the saying, "we are the product of our environment?" What this says is we often demonstrate the behavior that is modeled before us, even the behavior that we dislike.© 2025 LifesPaTTernz Hygiène et vie saine Psychologie Psychologie et psychiatrie

    • Depression in Men - Pt. 2
      Jun 24 2025

Men experience depression differently from women. Some men manifest depression as anger, agitation, or being "on edge." While others demonstrate depression by withdrawing from friends, family, and activities they've once enjoyed. However depression manifests in you, there is help available. If you do not have a circle of friends to talk to, you can find help by calling the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988.

Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers (FQHC) have resources available to for anyone who is in need of a primary care provider and/or behavioral health provider. You can find one in your state or county by searching FQHC in your area.
