  • Dreams of Future Past (Part 1) - October 25, 2026
    28 Oct 2026

Join us for worship as we continue our walk through Genesis in "The Patriarchs" series! Opening to Genesis 40:1–23, this message—"Dreams of Future Past – Part 1"—follows Joseph while imprisoned in Egypt after being falsely accused. When Pharaoh's chief cupbearer and chief baker are thrown into the same prison, Joseph notices their downcast faces and offers to interpret their troubling dreams through God's wisdom.Through this passage, we examine what it looks like to remain faithful to God and loving toward others, even in miserable and unjust circumstances. Joseph's life shows us that hard times are no excuse for bitterness. As he faithfully proclaims both the favorable interpretation to the cupbearer and the difficult, hard truth to the baker, we are challenged to speak God's whole truth with gentleness and boldness in our daily lives. Finally, we find deep comfort when facing seasons of waiting and forgotten promises. Though the cupbearer was restored to Pharaoh's court and forgot Joseph for two long years, God never forgot him. Tune in to be encouraged that even when human supporters fail and life feels stuck on delay, God’s timing is infinitely wise and His presence remains constant every step of the way!

  • The Mighty Flee - October 18, 2026
    19 Oct 2026

Join us for worship as we continue our series through the book of Genesis! Opening to Genesis 39:1–23, this message—"The Mighty Flee"—examines the life of Joseph after being sold into Egyptian slavery. Though far from home and isolated in Potiphar's house, the Lord was with Joseph, causing everything he did to prosper and granting him favor in his master's eyes.Through this narrative, we explore the true nature of courage when facing intense temptation. Day after day, Joseph resisted the advances of Potiphar's wife because he maintained a God-centered perspective, asking, "How then can I do this great wickedness and sin against God?" We learn that fleeing temptation is never an act of weakness or cowardice, but a powerful demonstration of spiritual strength and deep conviction. Finally, we find profound comfort in God's unshakeable presence when doing the right thing leads to unfair hardship. Though falsely accused and thrown into prison, Joseph was not abandoned; the Lord remained with him in the pit, showing him steadfast love. Tune in to be encouraged to stand firm, flee sin, and trust the Lord through every season of life!

  • The Invisible Hand of God - October 11, 2026
    13 Oct 2026

Where does life currently feel out of control for you? In Genesis 37, Joseph is favored, hated, thrown into a pit, and sold into slavery. While human responsibility and evil are real, God’s divine providence upholds and governs every creature, action, and circumstance—from the greatest event to the least. In this message, Brian Mezick unpacks how God works even when His hand cannot be seen, and how believing in His sovereign care changes how we handle both success and suffering.
