  • The Art of Coaching w/ Coach Josh Sabatini
    11 Oct 2026

In today's episode I sit down with Coach Josh Sabatini, a father, husband and athlete. Josh wears a lot of hats. Between a full-time job, family, coaching at CrossFit Higher Ground and one of the top players in our volleyball league, Josh still makes his fitness a priority.

In this episode, we talk about not letting the bad days define you, removing the unneccsary pressure we put on ourselves and understanding why fitness should be a non-negotiable.

We dive into The Arm of Coaching and what it means to us at CrossFit Higher Ground. It's more than counting reps or running a class. It's getting to know our members, understanding how they move and building a strong foundation that allows them to move safely, effectively and efficiently.

Josh is a gift to our Community and I'm grateful to have him on my team.

  • Remove the Interference w/ Isaac Franklin
    14 Sep 2026

Everyone is going through something. And if I'm honest, quite often do we allow that "something" to disqualify us from teaching, leading, pursuing - you name it!

In today's epiosde, Isaac and I talk about what it means to "run through the storm". Instead of allowing our shortcomings to hold us back, learn how to navigate through them, grow from them and turn them into wins.

By Jesus's wounds, you are a warrior. Keep pushing forward. Let's Get Moving!

  • The Ugly Truth w/ Isaac Franklin
    4 Sep 2026

Isaac and I take a dive into what often holds us back the most: ourselves. When we learn to get out of our own way, we create room to grow, build and learn.

What if things actually worked out in your favor? What if that's the music you started playing through your headset? Own your goal and the steps to get there.

I really admire Isaac's mental toughness and his pursuit for more. Not just for himself but for his family, friends and the people around him. He's definitly not someone who settles or gets comfortable. He's always looking for ways to grow and better his environment.
