This last solo episode of the year is dedicated to my parents — to my mother, who passed away in February, and to my father, who is about to turn 91.
I share honestly about my relationship with my parents: the conflicts, the distance, the pain — and the healing that came much later.
I speak about growing up with an authoritarian father and a mother who struggled with boundaries, about feeling unseen and emotionally overwhelmed, and about living for a long time in victim mode without realizing that I had a choice.
This episode is not about blaming parents. It’s about understanding, compassion, and truth.
I share what my parents gave me — both through their love and through their limitations: security, curiosity, culture, creativity, work ethic, and the impulse to grow emotionally and choose a different path.
At its heart, this episode is about meaning. About how we can change the story we tell ourselves. And how this shift can free us from long-held suffering.
If you feel stuck in old pain, it’s an invitation to see your story from a new angle.
If you’re ready to gently rewrite your story, book a free one-on-one coaching.
Thank you for listening and for being here.
