Summary

Kitty on the Tank is what happens when two longtime friends, two motorcycles, and absolutely zero interest in playing small collide.

Hosted by motorcyclists, adventurers, and storytellers Chantill Lopez and Gina Pelucca, Kitty on the Tank is a podcast for women riders, aspiring riders, and anyone craving more freedom, courage, connection, and joy.

We talk motorcycles.

We talk motorcycle travel, road trips, motorcycle gear, maintenance, riding skills, women's riding communities, epic adventures, and the incredible women redefining what it means to take up space on two wheels.

But this isn't really a motorcycle podcast.

It's a podcast about saying yes.

  • Yes to the thing that scares you.
  • Yes to the thing that calls you.
  • Yes to becoming more of who you are.

Every episode explores both the outer game and the inner game: the roads we travel, the risks we take, the stories we collect, and what all of it teaches us about courage, freedom, identity, friendship, resilience, grief, growth, and being fully alive.

Along the way, you'll find shenanigans, belly laughs, hard-earned lessons, badass guests, listener stories, and our favorite recurring segment: Helmet Comms Comedy Hour—where the ridiculous, hilarious, and unexpectedly profound conversations that happen while riding motorcycles get their moment in the spotlight.

We're fierce, kind, compassionate, and clear as fuck. Because clear is kind and we don't tiptoe around the things that matter.

Whether you're a seasoned rider, thinking about getting your motorcycle license, planning your next adventure, or simply looking for inspiration to live a bigger, bolder, more authentic life, there's a seat for you here.

Because motorcycles aren't the ultimate point.

They're the door.

So put your kitty on the tank, ladies.

Let’s get it.

  • Ep 10: Never Have I Ever - A reflection on aging and badassery.
    30 Oct 2026

We’re closing out Season 1 with a celebration, a little reflection, a whole lot of laughter, and some seriously good nuggets of wisdom. Welcome to Episode 10 of Kitty on the Tank!

In this special season finale, we’re celebrating Gina’s 50th birthday with a round of Never Have I Ever that opens the door to big feelings, hilarious revelations, and those beautiful aha moments that make you stop and think...and maybe even shed some tears. This episode has a little bit of everything, but mostly it breaks us open so our mushy bits are exposed. In the best way.

Because getting older isn’t just about the number. It’s about who we’re becoming, what we’ve been shaped by, the things we’ve shed, and the courage it takes to keep showing up as honestly as we can. We have been brave, gentle, surprised by life’s beauty, and suffered life’s sorrows. But never have we ever been able to hold it all with as much grit and grace.

Oh, right. Yes, we throw in some good shit about motorcycles too.

As we wrap up our first season, we’re also taking a moment to reflect on what we’ve created together, the conversations that have mattered, the value of this space, and the unexpected joy of building something that feels so genuinely us — two rare birds.

This episode is a reminder that life is messy, aging is an adventure, and there’s nothing more powerful than being surrounded by people who reflect back to you all that you’ve given, people who help you be brave.

So grab a drink, settle in, and join us for one final ride of Season 1. Here’s to 50, to getting older and bolder, to all the things we’ve never done (and maybe still want to), and to everything still to come.

    This Episode's Listener Question:Never have you ever….

What? Fill in the blank for us. Tell us what has surprised you about…well, about you. From the profound to the every day, we want to hear from you.

We’re also taking suggestions for season 2, which will exclusively feature “other voices”. Let us know who you want us to bring onto the show. Leave us a comment on any post or DM us with your recommendations.

Follow us on Instagram @KittyOnTheTank and tag us in your ride photos, stories, adventures, and shenanigans. We'll be featuring listeners and celebrating members of this amazing community in future episodes.

For this episode, if anything's bubbling up for you around the “both/and” of riding or adventuring, share, share, share!

  • Ep 9: This or That? No Shortage of Opinions Over Here!
    16 Oct 2026

This or that…or…probably, most likely, both? It all depends on the moment, but these ladies — if you haven’t figured it out yet — don’t like to be pigeon-holed.

In this episode of Kitty on the Tank, the gals dive into a fun round of this-or-that questions, exploring the little choices, preferences, and a plethora of opinions that make every ride an adventure of its own.

From glitzy to grimey, to five-stars, sleeping under the stars, dive bars, to all the things in between, it's all on the table. Because when it comes to life on the road, what sounds like an easy choice can quickly turn into a passionate and hilarious debate. Sometimes there’s a clear winner, sometimes it’s a hard pass, and sometimes the answer is simply… both!

The conversation also explores the things we tell ourselves and how our preferences can change depending on the day, the ride, and the company we keep. After all, what makes a ride fucking rad is rarely about the destination or doing what’s expected.

And if you've ever wondered how the gals wrap up a long day in the saddle, here's a hint: as the final 45 minutes of a ride day approaches, someone is bound to start asking, “This or that?” It's become a tradition, a way to wind down, compare opinions, and squeeze a little more fun out of the miles.

This episode also marks the second to last episode of Season One!

    But don't go too far!

In Episode 10, Chantill and Gina will be together in New Orleans celebrating Gina's 50th birthday. And who knows? There might be a little Never Have I Ever in the mix AND a few impromptu guests. You. Never. Know.

    This Episode's Listener Question:

Tell us: are you team this, team that, or team BOTH?

  • Ep. 8 Motorcycles I Have Loved - Choosing the ride that’s right for you
    2 Oct 2026

How do you choose the right motorcycle?

In this episode, we’re reflecting on the motorcycles we’ve ridden, the things each bike has taught us, and just how much goes into finding the right ride.

But motorcycles aren't just machines. They have style, vibes, histories, and communities attached to them. Motorcycling is tribal, and everyone is going to have an opinion about what you should ride — especially if you’re a woman. Recommendations can be helpful, but ultimately, you get to choose the bike that feels right for you.

From beginner bikes to dream bikes, there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. The motorcycle that’s right for you depends on what - and how - you actually want to ride. Are you commuting? Cruising? Touring? Hitting the twisties? Exploring off-road? Being thoughtful about the kind of riding you want to do can make all the difference.

We talk about some of the biggest factors that shape a bike choice, including power, weight, suspension, and riding position and, most importantly, whether the bike inspires confidence. Your experience level matters, too. Choosing a bike with power that matches where you are as a rider can help you build skills without getting in over your head.

For new riders, we share some practical tips: test ride different bikes, learn basic maintenance, invest in good gear, be honest about your experience and goals, and spend time getting comfortable with your bike — even if that means practicing in an empty parking lot on a weekend.

Every bike you ride teaches you something. What matters most is that you pay attention.

    This Episode's Listener Question:

And if you’re trying to figure out what bike is right for you, reach out! We’d love to have a jam session and talk motorcycles with you.
