A comment section argument turned into something much bigger.
After former Lexington Police officer Keith Todd began commenting on my Facebook posts and contacting me directly, I started digging through public records, court documents, and archived news reports. What I found was a timeline spanning years—from an off-duty alcohol and Ambien incident, to a federal lawsuit against Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to the 2012 Legacy Trail case involving a seriously injured jogger, and publicly available Brady/Giglio records.
In this episode, I separate documented facts from rumors, walk through the available records, and explain why transparency and accountability matter—especially when it involves someone who once wore a badge.
Topics discussed include:
- Keith Todd's documented 2006 off-duty alcohol/Ambien incident.
- The federal Fair Labor Standards Act lawsuit against LFUCG.
- The court's 2009 ruling.
- The 2012 Legacy Trail incident.
- Public Brady/Giglio records.
- The social media exchange that led to this investigation.
- Why I filed additional Kentucky Open Records requests with the Lexington Police Department.
This episode is based on publicly available court records, news reports, and official documents. Any allegations or claims not supported by public records are clearly identified as unverified and are not presented as fact.
