      - some statistics about the bisexual community, emphasising the prevalence of bisexual people in mixed-gender relationships.

      - Rob shares his personal story of identifying as straight until his late 20s and the subsequent exploration of his bisexual identity, highlighting the significance and life-changing benefits of being authentic and vulnerable,

      - the challenges and benefits of 'coming out' within a straight facing relationship,

      - challenges bisexual people face in terms of acceptance and the importance of self-acceptance and community support generally,

      - discussion about the relationships that tend to last when someone discloses their bisexuality,

      - an exploration of the differences between the sexual and romantic aspects of relationships in this context,

In this episode, I welcome Charlotte Battista to discuss the challenges and some of the benefits of therapy training. Charlotte is in the early stages of her counselling and wellbeing career, with a passion for corporate work and an interest in relationships.
