October 12 was Sports Day in Japan. To mark the holiday, I share memories of swimming, skiing, and leisurely bike rides in Taiwan. I wasn’t good at PE, but I still have happy memories of being active.

今回は、一年を24の季節に分ける「二十四節気」のお話です。それぞれの季節の名前を紹介しながら、ぶどうの香りや空、風など、身近な自然から感じる季節の小さな変化について話します。

In this episode, I talk about Japan’s 24 solar terms, a traditional way of dividing the year into 24 seasonal periods. I introduce their names and share the subtle changes I notice in everyday life—from the scent of grapes to the sky and the breeze.
