Her knowledge of whiskey was incredible, however her science background really shines through when talking about their whiskey making process. It's absolutely amazing listening to some of her explanations of the process and aging. This was a really fun conversation for me, and it was a great introduction to a Texas whiskey I have never had prior to our conversation.
