  • EP 134: Delight in Prayer: How to Stop Praying Just to Check the Box
    3 Nov 2026

What if prayer was never meant to be just another thing on your to-do list?

This week, join me, alongside Jordan and Nicole, for a conversation about what it really looks like to prioritize prayer, and not just get through it, but actually delight in it.

So many of us pray like we’re clocking in. We say the words, check the box, and move on with our day. But God isn’t after our performance; He’s inviting us into His presence.

In this episode, we talk about why prayer can start to feel like a chore, how busyness (and even serving God) can crowd out real time with Him, and what changes when we stop treating prayer as a task and start treating it as time with the One who loves us.

Whether your prayer life feels strong right now or you can’t remember the last time you sat still with the Lord, this one is for you.

He’s not waiting on perfect prayers. He’s inviting us to come as we are.

  • EP 133: False Peace & Christian Unity with Pricelis Perreaux-Dominguez
    20 Oct 2026

Can we disagree and still be united in Christ? This week I’m joined by my friend, author and pastor Pricelis Perreaux-Dominguez, for a conversation about division in the church, biblical unity, and her new book, False Peace.

We talk about the difference between being one in Christ and expecting everyone to think, look, and believe exactly alike. We also unpack how pride, political labels, and social media can influence how we treat people, and why loving someone through disagreement requires humility, compassion, and conviction.

This conversation challenged me to examine how community is built, the Christian response to conflict, and making room for people whose experiences are different from our own.

As mothers of children with special needs, Pricelis and I also share why disability inclusion belongs in our conversations about diversity in the church.

Family, are we pursuing the unity Jesus calls us to, or have we become comfortable avoiding the conversations that could actually help us grow?

  • EP 132: Contend with Pastor Phillip Anthony Mitchell | In Totality Podcast
    13 Oct 2026

Heyy guys! We’re just getting back from ACCESS 2026 and we were so blessed to witness the Lord’s doing with 80M saints under one roof yearning and calling out for Him. The Lord met us all and so we’re just grateful to have been in the building and witness such an amazing experience!

With that, this week we have a special surprise as I’m joined by none other than my big brother and Pastor, Phillip Anthony Mitchell, for a conversation that feels especially close to home.

His FIRST book, Contend: Standing Boldly for Biblical Truth While Winning the War Within, is available starting TODAY, October 13! And he’s blessed us with some of his time to talk to us about what his writing journey has been like, and why now is the right time. We talk about what it means to obey God even when we feel afraid, pursue unity with humility, and keep our hearts focused on things that are true and pure Phil 4:8 CSB.

We also get honest about seasons of anxiety and discouragement, the difference between putting on a brave face versus obedience and trust in God driving our bravery, and what it can look like to invite God into the hard moments instead of only asking Him to remove them. This episode is just so good for all of us to listen to. Pastor Phil offers a heartfelt challenge to prioritize faithfulness, holiness, and intimacy with Jesus over worldly ambition.

I hope this conversation encourages you, challenges you, and reminds you that you don’t have to feel fearless to take a faithful step. Listen in, then join the conversation below: What part of our discussion stayed with you, and where are you being called to take a step of obedience?

This episode contains discussions about suicide, self-harm, and mental health struggles. These topics may be triggering or distressing to some listeners. We encourage you to listen with care and prioritize your mental well-being.

If you or someone you know is struggling, you are not alone. Free, confidential support is available 24/7 in the US. Please call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or visit 988lifeline.org.

    Listener discretion is advised.
