    • Co-Vid and Social Anxiety
      Aug 2 2021
CoVid, Social Anxiety in a Post Pandemic World? How do we face it? Some like it better when there was social distancing and now there is a struggle again. We have to deal with people again as things open up again. We deal with the rowdy people we didn't deal with before and everyone is out. How do we deal with it all again and face our social anxieties? I discuss this in this episode. This is the season finale of the show for the First Season. More will come in season two.

    • Improving Your Mental Health Discussing Rehabilitation for Prison Reform
      Jul 19 2021
Prison Reform? How do you reform and rehabilitate people in prison? I am not a professional, but I have suggestions. It brings a new look at the situation. Rather then people being angry about their situations and theirselves and the book being thrown at them. Wouldn't it be good if they served their time and had a mental health way of rehabilitation. In this episode I discuss about ways they could reform them in a postive sense. There is no such thing as a bad apple and if we could improve the mental health then maybe things will be better. At least they can feel that there is hope and things aren't over for them. Maybe I don't discuss all this, but I discuss some of it in the podcast.
