The PWHL offseason is changing the league — and the boys are breaking down ALL of it.

On the newest On the Bench with Beeks, Beeks and Max dive into a wild summer around the PWHL, from the 2026 Draft and free agency to major player movement across the league.

🇪🇺 THE EUROPEAN SURGE

Beeks gets into the numbers behind one of the biggest trends in the PWHL: the growing wave of European talent entering the league. Why are more international stars making the jump — and what could it mean for the future of women’s hockey?

👀 WHO WON THE OFFSEASON?

The boys break down the draft, free-agent additions, roster turnover and which teams came out of the summer looking dangerous.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 PWHL x NHL FAMILY TIES

Max drops some knowledge on the growing list of hockey families with siblings playing at the highest levels — one in the PWHL and another in the NHL.
