This ain't your typical podcast.

This is real conversation — the kind folks used to have sitting on the front porch. Politics. Small-town America. Real issues. Real people. No scripts. No filters. Just saying what needs to be said.

Hosted by Keith Taylor from Campobello, South Carolina, Freedoms Fence-Line isn't some big corporate media platform. It's just a regular guy with a mic who believes people still need a place to have a real conversation — the kind you don't get from a soundbite or a scripted panel.

Be it opinions around the goings on at the South Carolina Statehouse or United Sates Congress or just good conversation around the breakfast table, we talk about what's actually going on: government overreach, cannabis and hemp laws, prisons and the people inside them, insurance companies that take your money and stall your claims, healthcare, retail business & service, real food, and the everyday stuff that used to get talked about over a cup of coffee.

We don't shout. We don't do political theater. We ask the simple questions that get lost in the noise.

If you're tired of the spin and just want real conversation — go ahead. Pull up a chair.

Freedom matters. And so does the truth. "Get'ta Steppin' Podcast

  • The Erosion of small town America, Why Voting Matters
    20 Oct 2026

Nobody votes in a small towns any-more, then we wounder why the same six people decide everything. And if you stay home, they're deciding for you. They want it bigger. Busier. Cuter. A brewery, a beer-joint here and a beer-joint there, harvest festivals that look to be more market than main street, all rooted on by their committees, Greater area Chamber of Commerce's and ambitious political talking heads, their idea of for your town that you'll soon not recognize.

That's the deal you make when you don't vote. You don't lose the buildings. You lose the way it felt. And you can't vote that back.

Folks'll tell you the town's gone to heck. Ask 'em tha last time they voted. When growth destroys small town America 1st values, that ain't build-up that's erosion. Vote your values.
