itsoKHAY is a space for real-life conversations about healing, growth, and becoming. Hosted by Khay Dee, this podcast is for anyone navigating life’s messy, in-between moments—where you’re figuring things out, letting go, starting over, laughing through the chaos, and learning who you are along the way.

Through honest reflections, personal stories, real-life chaos, and a little laughter along the way, each episode explores what it means to grow through life without pretending to have it all together.

Real. Relatable. Still Rooted.

Because life is messy… but that’s okay. And so are you.

  • Everybody Got an Opinion... Including Me!
    23 Oct 2026

Everybody Got an Opinion… Including Me! 👀🤣

Everybody has an opinion, but baby… does everybody need to HEAR it?! 😭🤣

This week on itsoKHAY, we’re talking unsolicited advice, relationship drama, parenting differences, accountability, and learning when to simply mind your business.

Because sometimes people don’t want advice… they want an AMEN! And sometimes we’re the ones who need to check ourselves. 👀

We’re getting into the difference between giving advice and trying to control somebody’s decisions, respecting people without always agreeing with them, and realizing that every situation doesn’t require our commentary.

And when you’ve said all you can say?

    “Aw. Okay.” 👁️👄👁️🤣

    🎙️ Let’s talk about it…

Life is messy, but it’s okay… and so are you. 💜

  • The Old Me Would've Pulled Up!
    16 Oct 2026

Listen… the old Khay would’ve pulled up—and according to my cousin Kiara, baby, she DID! 🤣😮‍💨

In this episode, Kiara opens the vault on my pull-up days, Chris Woods brings over 20 years’ worth of receipts, and I get honest about the difference between growing and pretending nothing bothers me.

We’re talking about knowing your worth, choosing your battles, walking away without feeling like somebody got over on you, and realizing you don’t have to compete for a place in anybody’s life.

Now don’t get me wrong—the old Khay ain’t dead, baby. She just doesn’t get to make all the decisions anymore. 🤣

Press play for real stories, raw truth, plenty of laughter and a reminder that growth doesn’t mean you’ve lost your fire—it means you’ve learned when it’s worth using.

🎙️ Real talk. Bigger perspective. Same Kchloe.

Follow itsoKHAY, share the episode and tell me: What situation would the old you have handled completely differently? 👀

  • I Had a Plan… Life Did Too 😮‍💨
    9 Oct 2026

    Season 2, Episode 1: I Had a Plan… Life Did Too 😮‍💨

    GIRLLLLL… where do I even begin?! 🤣

I had a whole plan for my summer. Finish my devotional, get my businesses moving, prepare for Season Two, and come back like I never left.

But baby… LIFE had other plans!

Four kids, two and a half weeks at work together, unexpected detours, grief, relationships, and a whole lot of moments that reminded me I am NOT in control of everything. 😮‍💨

In this season premiere, we’re catching up on what life has looked like behind the scenes. From motherhood and mental exhaustion to learning when to rest, releasing what no longer serves me, and figuring out what Kchloe actually wants outside of everybody else’s expectations.

Because sometimes the plan changes, not because you’ve failed, but because life is teaching you something along the way.

Season Two is here, and we’re having real conversations about the messy, funny, uncomfortable, and beautiful parts of becoming.

    Real. Relatable. Still Rooted.

    Welcome back to itsoKHAY. 💜

Life is messy, but it’s okay… and so are you.

And your chaos? Baby, it’s still allowed to be beautiful. ✨
