  • Ep. 3 — Emmitt or Derrick Henry? Is Dak Top 3? & the All-Time State Draft
    9 Oct 2026

Mason and Matt would take Derrick Henry over Emmitt Smith, and Brady had to overrule them.

We recorded live during Thursday Night Football, which did not help any of our takes. Mason finally admits Jeremiah Smith is better than Malachi Toney, we fight about whether the SEC is deeper than the Big Ten, and Brady names 15 quarterbacks he'd take over Jalen Hurts. Then we build an all-time roster of the best NFL players from each state, starting with Texas, home of a certain quarterback from our old high school district.

0:00 – Last week's 0-4 parlay and the punishment shots

2:22 – Mason eats his words on Jeremiah Smith

4:20 – Missouri drops 45 on Florida, and A&M heads to Columbia

9:28 – SEC vs. Big Ten: who's actually better?

17:29 – Georgia vs. Alabama preview

19:44 – Lane Johnson's retirement and where the Eagles go from here

    21:15 – Is Jalen Hurts a top-15 QB?

29:04 – The Bears' QB carousel and Ben Johnson

33:26 – MVP race: Josh Allen vs. Brock Purdy

36:20 – Hot take: Dak wins MVP before Josh Allen wins a Super Bowl

38:38 – Joe Burrow or Dak?

    42:08 – What's wrong with the Chargers?

    46:37 – Matt's FAABulous Forecast: Mason's No. 1 dynasty pick

49:55 – Hot take: no Super Bowl while a Jones runs the Cowboys

53:58 – Will we buy tickets to the moon in our lifetime?

1:05:35 – The all-time state roster draft: Texas

    1:15:56 – California

1:18:45 – Florida (Emmitt vs. Henry splits the table 2-2)

1:27:50 – Ohio (Joe Burrow vs. Big Ben)

    1:30:25 – Louisiana

1:34:05 – The Fore & Out parlay (already busted)

The parlay: Brady has Texas over Oklahoma in the Red River Rivalry, Mason has Georgia over Alabama, and Matt has Amon-Ra St. Brown for an anytime touchdown. Chance's Thursday night leg died before we even hung up, so it's three shots for him.

  • Ep. 2 — Who's the Real UT? Arch Manning, Ollie Gordon FAAB & Trade Court
    30 Sep 2026

Week 2 of Fore & Out is here, and it's a loaded one. The losers of last week's parlay take their punishment on air, and the shot rule is now official: lose one week and it's one shot, lose again and it's two, and a win resets the count.

Then we get into the football:

    • Mason defends his Malachi Toney over Jeremiah Smith take, and the comment section has notes.
    • Texas survives Tennessee, and we ask whether Arch Manning looks like a top pick.
    • A&M's rough start puts Mike Elko's seat in the conversation.
    • The Dante Moore hit and the celebration that followed.
    • Case Keenum's spot start for the Bears, the Cowboys' end-of-game clock management against the Ravens, and Trevor Lawrence taking a knee at the one-yard line with eight minutes left.

Over in golf, we break down the US comeback at the Presidents Cup, Scottie Scheffler's sportsmanship, his media moment after getting benched, how far ahead he is in the world rankings, and Jackson Koivun's unbeaten week. We also settle whether you'd rather be 250th in the world in golf or the NBA's best player for 15 days.

Matt's Fabulous Forecast covers this week's waiver targets, and we rule on five real fantasy trades. We close with the four-leg parlay, where everyone puts a pick on the line.
