In Part 2 of their interview series, Danielle turns the tables and sits down with co-host Sarah Hill. Sarah opens up about two pivotal, life-altering experiences that forced her to completely reframe how she lives, loves and manages her energy.
Sarah shares the exact moment in Greece when severe fatigue and pain made her realise she had normalised living in physical crisis and why she needed a fundamental reframe. By adopting the philosophies of Strala Yoga, Sarah was able to release the dense energy she was carrying and move through trauma with softness rather than struggle.
Sarah shares her lessons on “unconditional love without sacrifice” and how over-giving can sometimes hinder the healing process for everyone involved. Through these reflections, Sarah has been able to love deeper in herself and those closest to her.
Sarah reframes the painful reality of an adoption breakdown and how she learned to see her children on their own unique journeys without taking on the sole burden of holding everything together. She also discusses practical ways to handle overwhelming moments when you can't immediately see a solution.
