This was episode 1 of a 3 part pilot for Indiana Public Radio. The show idea is moving forward, so now I can share these original pilots. The interviews are long and don't necessarily transfer great to the radio format, but make a great long form podcast format. I wanted to share these, because getting the opportunity to sit with someone like Graham Sharp and pick his brain about the music industry is an invaluable asset to artists.
I sat with the Grammy award winning Graham Sharp from The Steep Canyon Rangers on his bus in Brevard, NC before night 4 of a 4 night run at Oskar Blues Brewery. We talked about how they got started, and how to build a music scene.
