We got a chance to catch up with Sarah from Hot Plate Brewing Company . Super cool spot in the city of Pittsfield Mass nestled right next to the Berkshire Mountain range. Sarah and Mike have perfect symmetry in the operation of thier family owned brewery. Sarah does all of the brewing and production, and Mike does all the social media and business stuff, and they both meet in the middle and work the tap room together. Awesome place to hang out.
