Despite his battle with injuries and two ACL injuries, Tommie continued to play at a high level but at the age of 27, he decided to call time on his career.

      On this episode we caught up with Jake Howells. Jake is currently captain on National League South Side Hemel Hempstead which is his home town club. Jake however made a name for himself whilst playing for Luton Town making over 300 apperances . During that time he helped Luton rise back through the football pyramid and engraved his names into the history books at Kenilworth Road. Jake also went on to represent both England and Wales at International Level.
