This story is about Ashleigh who has had two rare life-altering health experiences, 15 years apart. Her journey began when she was just 13 years old, when overnight she went from the epitome of health to a four-year journey of fighting for her life. She became so sick that some nights she would force herself to stay awake, afraid that if she went to sleep, her body wouldn’t make it through the night. These long nights were when she began to understand and experience the intricate mind-body connection. It was a long journey, but she defied all odds, and everything she was told she would never do, she did! She became an elite athlete, TV & Broadway star, entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and a mother. She felt on top of the world, and then everything was taken away again…At the age of 33, she had a failed hip surgery that launched her entire body into chronic nerve pain. She lost her professional career, and struggled to walk or even hold her daughter. She was diagnosed with several “incurable” chronic pain conditions and told her nervous system had flipped a switch. After years of excruciating pain and one failed treatment after another, she decided to take her life into her own hands and study neuroscience in an effort to flip her nervous system back! This 20-year journey led her to create Bio Emotional Healing®, a process based in neuroscience that rewires the nervous system out of stress. This process not only gave her her life back, but helps her clients around the world finally break free from physical, mental, and emotional pain to create mind-body freedom. This story is about Tessa who experienced so much grief. First, she lost her father in a boating accident when she was just 12 years old. Then in her 20's she lost her brother in a car accident. She got married, had two kids and then got divorced, to soon go to grief again when unexpectedly she lost her ex husband. Navigating her children down the same path she had to take at a young age, she realized, through grace, that she could have the hard conversations and help her children better than anyone. She decided to continue working on the company she started with her ex husband as his dream SnapBack Energy, and has since discovered herself through this beautiful broken journey.
